Qnumber provides an online platform that allows users to post and browse premium phone number and license plate listings for sale, and communicate with sellers and buyers through the platform.

Qnumber operates as an intermediary platform only and does not participate in any buy or sell transactions between users.

3. User Account

When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the platform to send unsolicited messages (spam)
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Posting stolen phone numbers or license plates, or those not legally owned by you
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activities

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Qnumber reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms or any other policies
• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harassing or abusing other users

Qnumber also reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings in the app store
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

7. Disclaimer

Qnumber Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Qnumber is an intermediary platform only and assumes no responsibility for:

• The accuracy or validity of listings posted by users
• The quality or legality of phone numbers or license plates listed
• Any disputes or financial losses resulting from transactions between users
• Fraud or scams that may occur between users

We advise all users to independently verify the authenticity of any listing and confirm ownership of the number or plate before completing any transaction.

8. Changes to Terms of Use

Qnumber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
